Shipping Policy

Every piece is made to order and printed right here in Australia — carefully, properly, and without any of the shortcuts that would make us uncomfortable at the dinner table. That means your total delivery time is made up of two parts: the time it takes us to make it, and the time it takes to reach you. Both are worth it. We promise.

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Please allow 1 to 6 business days for production before your order heads out the door. Once it ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can watch it make its way to you — which, in our experience, gets checked considerably more often than anyone admits.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Canada. Because the equestrian community doesn't stop at the border, and neither do we.


Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, here's what to expect:

  • Australia — 2 to 6 business days
  • New Zealand — 5 to 10 business days
  • United States & Canada — 10 to 30 business days, depending on customs clearance

Please note these are estimated timeframes. Occasionally things move at their own pace — not unlike a horse that has decided today is not a rushing day. Carrier delays and customs processing can affect delivery times and are outside our control. We appreciate your patience and promise it will be worth the wait.


Free Shipping — Because You Spend Enough on Horses

We believe good things should be easy to get your hands on. Here's how free shipping works:

  • Australia — free shipping when you order 3 or more tees 🐴
  • New Zealand, USA & Canada — free shipping when you order 4 or more tees 🌏

Stock up, share with a friend, or finally get that tee you've been eyeing alongside the one you actually came for. We won't judge. The horses certainly won't.


A Few Things Worth Knowing

Please take a moment to double check your shipping address before placing your order. An incorrect or incomplete address can result in your order going astray — and while we'll always do our best to help, we're not able to take responsibility for deliveries that fail due to address errors supplied at checkout.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once a parcel has left us, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier — but if something seems wrong, please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help.

To give us the best chance of sorting things out, please contact us within the following timeframes from your shipping date:

  • Australia & New Zealand — within 30 calendar days of shipping
  • USA & Canada — within 45 calendar days of shipping

If we don't hear from you within these windows, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or reprint as the order will be considered fulfilled. We know that's not what anyone wants — which is why we always recommend keeping an eye on that tracking email.
